Short of it:



Random Event that effect a specific system do not specifically state the system effected. It would be nice if it did so. I'll usually have to go to each system and mouse over each systems FIDS to discover which are impacted. It would be nice if the system(s) effected were listed either in the title or perhaps as a list under the text.



This is, of course, I'm missing something and Random events effect all systems. I have noticed multiple systems effected while some seemingly not. I do notice the Random events that specify that ALL systems effected.



Point is: I'm finding it confusing what systems are effected by Random events and would like it specified clearer in the text.

Agree completely, also a list of ongoing events would be nice.

Show an icon somewhere on the galaxy map while the event is still in effect.



Personally I like the fact of it not showing and adds to the fun but I understand if some might not like it, maybe make it optional or only available on normal and below?

+1 on showing an icon for ongoing events. Especially useful after loading a game in progress.
