Later in the game it is very easy to lose track of individual fleets, especially ones sent to destinations multiple turns away. It's annoying to realize your colony ship has been in the target system for many turns, just waiting for the colonize order. Either putting up notification bubbles or automatically clicking on each idle ship in sequence would take care of that problem.
