Blockading only occurs if the orbiting enemy fleet has more invasion military power than the combined planetary defence value and the orbiting friendly fleet's military power.



I'd like to hear the community's thoughts on how this proposal might improve or detract from the game (especially interested if you vote "No"). I made the suggestion due to what I saw as general frustration at how easy it was for a single Corvette with no armament to shut down a planet.
