I would really like to be able to achieve an Allied Victory. This especially comes up when I'm playing allied with friends against AI (comp stomp).

We basically have this with a Diplomacy Victory.



But, I think the idea of a Team Victory is more of what you're suggesting, and it has been suggested before. And I think the devs have ruled that they have no plans in including that as a victory condition.

As long as, after I achieve the victory, I have the option to keep playing and fight against my old allies (Sins of a Solar Empire-style).

You should be able to. I believe the game lets you continue after victory now, so should you ever achieve a Diplomacy Victory, you can then turn on your allies.
