Pretty much the topic title. I've had some Cruisers in a hangar for about 20 turns now and they don't seem to have repaired in any way. Is there something I'm missing, like a specific repair button? So far this is the only significant thing in the game that has annoyed me...

i would like it to do that... it pretty much does'nt make sense that you can't repair your ships out of a battle...

Ships get repaired rather slowly in friendly territory and quite fast in battle (with nano bots).

There have been several suggestions about this (including a fast repair option in hangars).

It's not there at the moment though. smiley: smile

The repair percentage is pretty low. But ships in hangars do heal normally. It may be helpful to take a save game from a little while back, write down the HP value, and then just click "next turn" like 10 times as an experiment. If the HP really did not change then it is a bug. In that case please zip the save game and attach it to a post.



Other players have pointed out that it seems odd for ships to repair so slowly in a hangar, when there are repair cards in battle which allow huge heals. One quote I saw was like, "Sorry Alien Envoy, I had to destroy your scout in order to repair my fleet."

Ok cheers guys. I tried searching the forums and I couldn't find a solid answer anywhere. Yeah I'd quite like either an improvement to increase ship repair rate, like a "drydock" or spaceport or something, and an option to repair instantly with dust.

The ways to regenerate the ships' hit points are explained in the FAQ. Suggestions on increasing the repair rate while the ships are in hangars has been made already. Thread closed/
