Hi



I have just played a game where I was beaten back from a system I had colonised.



I wasn't able to build ships in time to get back there and dislodge the attackers. The system bar went from all my colour, to all theirs and then they owned the system.



My question is this- how did they do that? Is there a game mechanic you have to research/ enable? A ship function? Or do you just blockade a system for long enough, it becomes yours?

Just blockade it long enough. there are moduls to enhance the invasionsstrength of a fleet but every (armed ?) fleet can conquer a planet (given enough time).
