Hi,

I think it would be cool if you could pause and save a multiplayer game. Take for example a game like Football Manager; you can save your game and continue when you want (even when playing online with friends). A working version of what I'm thinking about is seen in for example Frozen Synapse. The Heroes-games also had a nice save option, but iirc it was only for offline mode...

Thoughts?

Sorry for bumping, but just out of curiosity, what kind of save is it? Is it like in Frozen Synapse that you can just leave and join whenever you want and play your turn, or must both players be online when playing?

You can leave and join whenever you want: you will be replaced by the AI if your friends decide to keep on playing.

As for the save, you can launch it without your friends, and they will be replaced by the AI too until they re-join (unless it is a public game and others can join).

Is there any way to disable the AI so that the game just stalls until your mate joins?
