Quick question...I understand than the influence around a system grows with population. At what point does it turn from a faint outline to a coloured border?



I have been waiting for my system Heze, to turn get a 'proper' influence border (like with the Hir system), but it's not happening. It's size 8, I have built the Camouflage Radiator, but still nothing. Am I missing something really obvious?

30 turns from colonization. If you go into the system view it should tell you in the top left corner how long you have left.
