I know this may seem like a dumb question will the voting for Emperor's Guard Extra Skin and the unique "Endless" Hero voting be before or after the release of the game and when? Plus, is this voting restricted to the ppl with Emperor's DLC or does everybody vote for it?

This thread should probably be in the FAQ forum. I also think only the people with the Special Edition will get to participate in the voting.

Don't know the details but I'm willing to bet it's gonna be voted before the game's release and that all the forum members would be able to vote.
