The population on all of my planets now says stable. I have 314 total population but 4 of the systems only have 1 population and it has not changed for the past 5 turns. Anyone know how to fix this or stop it from happening?

In the system screen, there is an indicator next to population which shows how many turns it will take to increase. If your happiness is low, then it may take up to 30 turns to increase. Try raising your happiness.

Food and happiness, this is all you need in order to increase your population.
