[0.42.0] No starting system anomalies

In every new system I generate not a single planet has an anomaly, even with resources set to 'high.' They have luxuries, but not a single planet in the several dozen games I've generated has had an anomaly (garden of eden, molten core, hadopelagic life, etc.). Using the Amoebas special trait to see the whole galaxy, I can quickly inspect and see that non-starting systems do indeed have anomalies, but my system and all of the AI's systems don't have a single one.



Was this intended with the addition of multiplayer to lessen the chance that somebody gets an overpowered system, or is this not working as it should?

Pretty sure starting systems can still have anomalies - just not the homeworld as I recall.

Just generated 3 new games, they were all the same - not a single anomaly on any of my planets:

You're right, the home system doesn't have any anomaly for now (except from a faction trait). Release note fixed.
