Is there any way to edit the text descriptions of heroes? I find a lot of the biographical flavor text to be wordy, and confusing.

Well, you don't necessarily have to read it...Just check their classes and initial bonuses.



I like the biographies, aside from the occasional typo and the fact that some share portraits (wow, a lot of dopplegangers in Endless Space :P ). I already have a few heroes I seek out specifically every time.

I don't have to read it but it's there to be read. Point is whether we can change it or not? It would greatly enhance the atmosphere of the game for me.

If you want to change the text, you can find everything in the localizations folder

\Endless Space\Public\Localization\english\Localization_Locales.xml
