As what I read from the faction descriptions, the United Empire seems to be the main terran player, other terran factions are all related to it in some ways. So is it possible to get a MOD or something that would generate a galaxy map where the United Empire starts as a dominant. Other terran factions can either start as ally to fight against the empire or as vassals of the empire and seek for independence. It seems to make these happen, it will require much editting, maybe even the core files of the game, but I am just wondering if it's possible anyway. So maybe it can come out as a DLC in the future.
