Funking around with out current modding capability here i have altered the UE AI so that they should prefer to use more defensive ships, the pirates to have more behind the times ships (Except from the ones that attack planets), Changed battle phase accuracy so that energy weapons suck in long and short range, become much more forgiving for kinetics and made missiles overall kinda good.



Or yes before i forget, kinetics are now totally op and the least kinetic weapon is now a heavy gun so have fun with that.
