Is there a way to do this? At the moment I can set all the planet resources to 0 then manipulate them from Traits but the problem is that the mouse over of the planet type shows no per opulation: .
I tried using "IsBase" but that doesn't seem to do anything, neither adding it to my traits or removing it from the planet descriptors.
