Hi there!



I've created two new hero-portraits for this great game.

I thought the game could need more different heroes. It gives the game a greater variety.



-First one shows a female Sheredyn. Style is based on the existing conceptarts. I hope it fits. Mainly golden colors and a little evil expression (like their alignment).

-The second is one of these funny Amoeba. I took some colors to get a new mix. Other parts are in orginial style.





I've read the tutorial "HOW TO ADD HERO PORTRAITS", but on my MAC... I can't find the folders. smiley: frown

Changing the format or solution isn't the problem.



Can someone help me with this?

You have to place your modding files and folders in "~\Library\Application Support\Endless Space\Modding" (the Endless Space folder should contain Modding and Save). The rest is the same as for PC.

I've added a Mac modding support in the tutorial, now that the Mac version is out.

For the Sheredyn, I've used the cloaked man with his two guards in the background of the Sheredyn-Scenery as an inspiration.

I think there is only one portrait for the Sheredyn at the moment?

The Amoeba needs no Sketch. I startet with some abstract shapes and so on. Only the colors in mind.

I couldn't say it exactly. For the Sheredyn maybe 8-12 hours (incl. trial and error smiley: wink )

The Amoeba was very abstract. It needs maybe 3-6 hours.

...humans are even more difficult than amoebae smiley: biggrin
