Where can I edit the minimum time that a war last on "slow" speed? Right now it has a 30 turn minimum and I'd like to change it to 25 or 20.

Probably in Terms.xml

But don't look for the 30 there. It will probably only contain a 15 which is scaled to 30 for slow.

GameSpeeds.xml or so might contain the scaling-factors.



Another hot candidate for stuff you'd like to find is always Registry.xml It has most of the game-settings in it.
