very confusing? is battlehealing is per ship? and another question: when my ship is in allied ter. with no other repair addon. is it heal healingpercent ＋ healingpercentallied? or just the early one?
Nothing confusing there, anything starting with "fleet" is for the whole fleet (otherwise it's for the ship it's on), and anything including "Battle" is for in combat. There is also "Ally" is for effects only happening in allied territories (ie no effect if on unowned/enemy system).
