It does a little more than just that. I don't have access to the files right now, but it should be really simple to throw tech-trading-out independently.

thanks for replies , yes i did check available mods before posting , and aggressive AI mod do more than that



all i wanted is just to remove the tech trading , i hate it , it takes too long , and i remove it in any similar games i played ( ex civ 4 )

of course i don't mind if it was possible for alliances ,

i am playing a game hard difficulty right now with sophons ( agressive custom sophons ) and i am ranked 7th in technology , tried to trade but it gets frustrating , as apparently all AIs trade technologies once researched

i hope devs put that as an option when i start a new game one day , but for now a mod will do it

Actually that's not quite the case.

The AIs hardly, if at all, do tech-trading.

My reason to remove it was that it was too easily exploitable by the player.



If you have problems keeping up in tech, I'd guess it's related to a tech-order which does not include very early non-barionic-shielding.

so i checked the mods seems no one so far made no tech mod , any tutorials so i make own ( i hope it's simple as as Ail said )

Since there is no condition called "Never" it will never activate.



I think this will only take effect in a new game, but I'm not sure.
