Is there a way to mod the game such that instead of getting heroes entirely randomly you get them only from your own faction?
Ideally I'd want to be able to set individually by hero, so that the ones from minor races would still be randomly available to anybody but the ones from playable factions only show up for their own faction.
Shoot, yes there is a way, and someone in the modding section had already posted how to, but I can't remember from which thread. If I stumble across it, I'll re-post here.
