Hi everyone,

We missed the "Three Questions About" last week because we have been very busy with the organisation of the departure to our new office, but hey, here we are with a few replies from skamaks, our G2G Designer, on where we stand with the Games2Gether.

How was the experience of creating a game with the community?
The experience was surprising, exciting, outstanding and way over anything we could have imagined when we created Amplitude smiley: amplitude.
The support of the community, to create ideas, organize them, help us make the game better and better, boost us when we felt a little down, was simply amazing for us!
On top of that every piece of community help and creation such as fan arts, fan fictions, mods, wiki content and so on, is an exhilarating experience for a young indie dev like us.
We’re driven by passion and when we feel we reach out off the walls of our studio, we know we’re not working like hell for nothing!

What surprised you the most?
Now that we look back at everything that happened since the first GDD documents we shared timidly with the VIPs on ES in 2011 (the first step of Games2Gether), it’s almost unreal how many crazy things we (you and us) managed to do.
We would have never thought to implement a whole faction designed by the community and so many great ideas and features you proposed. On top of that, it’s the human side of what you guys have brought to us, that fed us during the whole development.
We’re always super proud on how mature, thoughtful and funny you all are, and how you all manage to keep a whole community in this mood. And it’s always a blast to meet you IRL at Beer2Gethers, at the Gamescom, in our offices, etc…
For us it’s just the first game from many to come (we hope) and we want to continue that adventure with you!

G2G Votes: What is going to happen next?
The actual vote was very interesting for us as we feel you can also give a real insight on what the studio could do in the future.
It’s true it’s been a while we haven’t made a new G2G vote… but hey there’s a pretty exciting reason behind that!
We’re actually working underground on something pretty huge for Games2Gether that will soon be announced.
We’ve learned a lot while creating with you and even though we have done all we could to listen as much as possible to all of your ideas, we feel we can still do better!
As my grandpa would say : Stay Tuned! (Steph’nie’s saying)
