I am unable to buy resources from an ally in my multiplayer game. The buy prompt is not greyed out and when I confirm the transaction the money is withdrawn but resource access is given for a second, then reverted back to 0 (or whatever value it was before). The other player is not experiencing this with the faction, just me.
Step by step of the bug
Step 1
NPC Ally suddenly broke off embassy treaties and most alliance treaties (but kept alliance)
Step 2
Tried buying resources from NPC. error detailed in report
Step 3
Tried breaking all treaties to "reset" relations and got back into trading treaties, problem persist
