Step by step of the bug
Step 1
I simply start "buying" the resource and the quantity keeps resetting.
Step 2
There's no point in continuing to try, it's a waste of gold to do so.

I buy, the value kept resetting, that is; I bought 5 accesses, these 5 accesses reset to 0, and I lose my gold for something I didn't buy. This bug also happens with other (usually economic) resources on the map.
Maybe it's because of the amount of resources available on the map, as I'm playing "Giant Earth" which I modified. I added more resources, made the map more realistic and other minor things. And this problem has already happened and other downloaded maps that I played.
