I was playing like a champ, atacked by the IA and wining war after war.
Suddenly, the game dont letme recruit any more units (in the middle of a war)

It says "Cannot be done without an available Spawn Point".

But the spawn point was 100% available and free of any other units

 watch the captures. i cant even recruit a runners unit
