Step by step of the bug
Step 1
lose war to AI and become vassal
Step 2
another AI loses a war to that same AI and becomes "fellow vassal"
Step 3
second AI (or me?) rebels against liege to enter a state of war vs. them, but not vassal(s)

i was vassalized by an AI (Tichau) who then vassalized another AI (Midas). Midas then rebelled, but is still showing as my fellow vassal and ally despite being at war with my liege.
