Install ENDLESS mod.
Step 2
Give unit directions set over multiple turns.
Step 3
Unit will not automatically execute unless manually selected.

With ENDLESS mod installed, Mandatories are skipped despite being enabled. Restart / relaunch does not resolve. Reinstallation of mod always results in Mandatories being skipped. Played through Steam on Mac.
