While exploring a new map I came across a territory comprised of a single tile with an undiscovered strategic resource. Having an unclaimed tile within my empire really bothers me, especially when said tile contains a useful stuff. I currently have territory size set to 30 tiles. World size is set to huge, continent spread is chaotic, form is random, resources set to abundant.
