Hello! This is currently as design, it gain food thanks to the Pyramid of the Sun's food bonus and the Infrastructure "Flood Irrigation". However we agree that the feeback isn't great so we'll investigate clarify the situation (by removing the Food bonus or changing the wizard). Thank you!
