Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Was at War with a military culture.
Step 2
Created a demilitarized zone on a territory I owned where there was currently a battle.
Step 3
My millitary culture opponent had a WS below 80 after the battle was resolved.

1.0.26.4406 - George Sand - Update Preview
While playing the Bulgarians in the Medieval Era, while at War with AI persona CoolOMGaCool who was playing the Huns, I used my diplomatic ability to create a demilitarized zone in a territory that I owned that currently had an active battle. The battle immediately was ended, and that turn or the next I noticed that my AI combatant who was playing the Huns was getting his at-peace-derived War Score bonus of +2 per turn War Support for being under a WS of 80...even though we were still At War.
