i think it might be something to do with the ai but i dont really know for sure

Step by step of the bug

Step 1

start game

Step 2

playe for a couple dozen turns

Step 3

turn stuck on pending turn

Step 4

cant save game ( it says i have too many saves even tho i dont) so i cant exit the game and re enter

I have the same bug, just that it always seems to happen at turn 90 in all my saves
