Playing beside a traitorous, tyrannical, overwhelmingly more powerful neighbor, with a 100 war score, who makes numerous demands.  Each time I refuse, his war score gets a bonus of at least 20, most often more than 30, and yet he continually retracts his demands.  He's a full age ahead of me in era, is my direct neighbor on my continent, he covets my lands, and hates me...yet he never attacks.

I suspect this is a glitch or bug with the George Sands update, simply due to the coincidence.
