Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Make Demands
Step 2
Go to Intenational Crisis Vote when my demands are rejected.
Step 3
Lose international vote.
Step 4
Declare war.
Step 5
My previous demands are no longer there.

I am not sure how the International Crisis is supposed to work, but if I have demands on another player, oppressing faithful, attacked envoy, etc. and the vote goes to an International crisis, and I lose the vote, and then chose to go to war instead of submitting, all of my demands disappear.
Is this a bug? How the crisis vote works?
