i discovered calendar, horse rising and forge technology but there is no possiblities to use phenician abilities when I click on it it says that I didnt discover the good technology yet but it works with classic way to get a ressource

Step by step of the bug

I clicked on phenician abilities

Step 2

when I click on a ressources it doesnt work and it says that I need to discover a tech first

Step 3

I tried to discover another tech, same problem

Step 4

I tried to use the money up on an already exploited ressource : fail
