Hey guys! I have a problem about getting my drops I collected two of them  but at this moment my epic games account was not connected  with my twitch-account only with my steam-account. But now I connected also my epic games account with twitch but the problem is the two characters i collected from earlier are not in the game? Is this normal or have I lost my Drops?

That page should tell you if you can claim them, if they expired, etc.

Personally, I missed out on the last couple months of them and hope we'll be able to get them all still.

I claimed the drops right after I collected them but my epic games account was not connected with my twitch-account... Now it is connected but I dont have my drops either

There's a refresh button on the Games2gether settings page that makes it check for the drops again. It just worked for me when one of my several Twitch drops didn't appear here properly for some reason despite appearing correctly on Twitch. So try clicking your account name in the top right here, then settings, then under linked accounts click the refresh/update/recycle/whatever button next to whatever linked account you want to actually update. I'll also give you the full steps Sega's customer service gave me to be thorough:

1. Go to your Twitch inventory (https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory) and make sure the items are shown with a check mark

2. Open the Game2Gether website, log in and go to "Settings"

3. Make sure your Twitch account is linked and click "Update Twitch Account"

4. Then go to "Twitch Drops" (https://www.games2gether.com/amplitude-studios/humankind/drops/personas) and check that the rewards are unlocked

5. Start Humankind, go to "Tools" and then click on "Community"

6. From there connect your Games2Gether account
