Hello!

In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following:

- Your last two auto-saves, and any other saves you think may help show the problem. Your saves are by default located:

o PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Save Files

- Your diagnostics logs. These are time stamped, and any time you close and relaunch the game, new ones are started. Please grab all diagnostics logs related to the session you were playing where the issue occurred. These are by default located:

o PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/ application support/humankind/Temporary Files

- An output log. These can be found here:

o PC: This folder is hidden by default. You will need to reveal hidden folders (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2 ) then navigate to: Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/logs/amplitude studios/humankind

- Information about the system you are playing on. To get this information:

o PC: From the Windows desktop, press the Windows and R keys to open the Run window. In the Open: field of the Run window, type dxdiag. Click OK or the Enter key to open the DirectX* Diagnostic Tool.

o Mac: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203001

- A screenshot of your current in-game settings (even if the issue occurs after changing them). To get a screenshot:

o PC:

§ Steam: Default hotkey for a screenshot is F12

§ EGS: Use the windows print screen button, or press start and type in snipping tool/Snip and Sketch and create a new snip of the area you want to make a screenshot of.

o Mac: Steam default hotkey for a screenshot is F12, but if that does not work press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3. o Stadia: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9582306?hl=en (There are many options)
