I've watched a couple hours of Twitch JumboPixel channel and haven't been prompted to claim the drop yet.

I had this problem 6 months ago. I asked Jumbo about it, and he said the drops are enabled on his end.  I'm not sure where the problem lies, but in any case, I was never able to to get his drop from his streams.  I only ever got the drop from an official amplitude stream. Those usually happen on Thursdays (at noon eastern US time where I live).

Glad to help! I hope you're able to get it. The nice thing about getting the drops from amplitude is that you get all of them at once.
