the same problem with the loss of fps, although the PC pulls on the ultra latest innovations. prior to this, there was no such problem in the previous opendev
I second this. Huge fps drops then slowly stabilizing. The sound follows with it by turning all static-y. Settings on highest and my rig isn't all that bad either. Only happens in wonder claiming and sometimes during diplomacy, especially after turn 100 or so
