Thanks for the report, but this is not a bug. Adjacency bonuses of any kind only check tiles in the same city, not across borders to another city.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I've seen your post on reddit as well, so I know you already checked for Diagnostics files and found non, but do you have a player.log? It's not in your Documents/Humankind folder, so a bit harder to find.

It'll be at \Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind

Hopefully, it'll give us some more insight into what is going wrong so we can try to fix it.

Its possible this is an issue with needing to hold the FN button to access the function keys... But I see you mention F11 in your description twice, so for clarity: The intended shortcut is Shift+F1, not Shift+F11, so maybe this was just a misunderstanding (or a typo in a description of the tools somewhere)

Could you please send a save before and after the war? Your saves are by default located in \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files.

Thanks for the report. Could you see if you have a Diagnostics File and a player.log for the crash?

• Diagnostic files: Select the correct file by looking at the name like "Diagnostics - 2020'10'11 @1407'46''" that gives you the date and hour which should correspond to a save file . You'll find them in "\Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files". These files need to be compressed as a zip or rar file or the upload will fail! Located by default:
• Player.Log: These can be found in Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind (This folder is hidden by default. You will need to reveal hidden folders)

These would help a lot with identifying the source of the issue.
