It'd be nice if there was some type of bugtracker, such as bugzilla or redmine, that users could submit bugs/suggestions to and then the developers could respond, or having a sticky with particular bugs and the developer's responses to them.



Another thing I've seen, I believe on the EVE Online forums, was a way to see all the posts from the developers' accounts, basically a search for all from that particular group.

Used to play EVE, but got a bit tired of it. Never got tired of blowing up spaceships though
