Concerning amplitude points and preorders

This is probably a question thats been answered a hundred times, but I wasn't sure where to look. Anyways, I discovered Endless Space on steam about ten minutes ago, and pre ordered the top edition, which included extra G2G or amplitude points. Just wondering if theres a way to get those extra points now, or if I get them when the game actually launches. Thanks!

In the settings of your forum account, you should be able to enter the CD-key of your game and acquire your extra points.

If you need more explanation, just ask, but normally you should find now

Hmn, I might just be slow, but I dont believe I've received a CD Key in an email from my pre-order. I assume if I had one, I know where to look. There's a redeem area if you click your account when first getting on the site.

Steam should show you your CD-key.

Oh, I see. So it won't give you the CD-key until after the download is finished. Redeemed the code and got the points. Thanks for the help!

I must admit, I cannot find out where to use the CD-key in the Settings menu. Am I not seeing some link or other?

EDIT: Found it. I was looking in the 'settings' directly in the forum, not at the site where I should have been looking.
