I don't seem to be getting the achievement even though the points are gained and the activity is at a sufficient level, just a tiny itty bitty buggy

It is a bit counterintuitive, but after asking Alderbranch, his answer is:

The activity value is an integer.

You need 100% activity at least once to get the achievement.

This may be a bit counterintuitive, but it's not 99 as said. It's greater than 99.

So it's like a tease in the most sensual way for someone that loves achievements in games... it's like you are in fact above, just not quite in the spot yet...

And now I am wondering:

How is "activity" measured?

Meaning: is the only way to get "hyperactivity" to not-sleep one day?

It's defined this way in the Forum FAQ:

Alderbranch wrote:
Activity: Activity is a %-age based upon your activity on the forums put in relation to an average based upon the top 10 active users on the forum.

And nos it just popped at 99.9% but the integer value of the points reached 100.

Why, why would you do such a thing?

Edit: while on the topic of "not having achievement X" I noticed this:

Capture the Tag!

Users achieved this: 214 (1%)

Requirements:

Points for tagging threads higher than 0 (You have 2 points)

I do not have said achievement.
