I bought "Endless Space - Emperor Special Edition" in Steam Store.

Where's 3rd key with bonus race, hero and skins?

You don't need a key for the Hero and skin. The Endless Hero is automatically in the game, it's just a matter of finding him. With 61 total Heroes, it might take a few games, and some say there is a bug right now preventing him from appearing. The devs are working on it.



The skin you can find in game as the Sheredyn faction. They're a clone of the United Empire, basically, they just use the bonus skin for their ships instead of the normal UE skin.



There isn't a bonus race, though. There is a create-a-faction tool, where you can craft a playable faction to your liking, but I've never seen of or heard of a bonus race.
