Steam has been absolutely useless since i cannot find any way to actually ask a question to legitimate support people. It's infuriating. Anyways, I bought the pixel edition to crystal edition DLC except I only have access to the bookworm dlc. I have it on steam but when i open the game it isn't down in the bottom right corner where it should be. Missing characters etc. hopefully someone here actually knows what the hell they are talking about and can help me.

well its there in the bottom corner but i dont have the character from the deep freeze one which is the crystal edition, so did i get the wrong one or what i don't get it at all.

As it's past midnight dev-time, you probably won't get an answer for another 7 hours or so. Hope they can help you when they wake up

The Deep Freeze add-on for DotE was actually only available when purchasing the Emperor edition of our other game, Endless Legend. This cross promotion was meant to encourage both game communities to look into the other game, if they wanted to. So, if you bought the Crystal pack of Dungeon of the Endless, you'd also receive bonus content for Endless Legend.



We made the Deep Freeze add-on purchasable separately a little while after, but it is not included in the Crystal pack as you can see on the Steam store page -->
