Hi,

I made a channel where I will make Let's Plays, and by asking some people what they'd prefer in a selection of game I had found an official authorization to do so, one of them asked me to do one on an Endless game.

I tried to find somewhere where I could found a official authorization, but found none and ultimately made this account to continue my research further (since the official websites seems like a good place to search.)

I am sorry if it was given somewhere, but by typing Let's play authorization on the search box, I'd only found people talking about their own Let's Plays. Being of insecure nature, I had to ask for it, else I'd have to abandon the project. (What's great with asking it on the forum, and people can directly tell me where to find the stuff and someone in my position could find it here if he'd fall on the thread in his search.)

Thank you to have red (I tend to write more when I'm nervous xD) and have a nice day. ^_^

P.S.: After posting, I'm starting to doubt if it was the correct forum, sorry if it isn't.

And to clarify, the question is: Do we have the permission to make videos of Amplitude's games and if so, what are the conditions to respect to be allowed to?

I just saw the condition to respect a T rating by the ERSB, so I'll have to restrain from cursing I guess. *cry in vulgar*

I kind of not understand their definition crude humor. Does it encompass dark humor or it's just vulgar jokes?

Here is what the ESRB rating for "Teen" covers:

TEEN

Content is generally suitable for ages 13 and up. May contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling and/or infrequent use of strong language.

Find the whole list here:

https://www.esrb.org/ratings/ratings_guide.aspx

According to what you mentioned, you should be fine.
