My games did not appear on my steam

I had this issue as well.  It didn't work in Brave due to the built in adblocking (kept getting that Error occured, contact system admin).  I used a vanilla version of CHROME and it redeemed fine.  So just try using another web browser with no ad blocker.  Hope that helps.

Using Firefox without an adblocker allowed me to redeem the games. As for the games not showing up in steam (if you've redeemed properly), check under "SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics" and you should see the games you selected there!

Search for "SEGA" in steam library and it will show up. The games don't show up under their individual names on steam because they are part of the SEGA Mega Drive Genesis collection.
