I'm not sure to quite understand your question.

Are you asking how to select badges as favorites? If that's it, then go to your profile and click on one of the slots to choose the badge to set as a favorite :)
You will have to fill the five slots to unlock the "Select Favorite Badges" rank of the Profiler badge.

If that was not your question, then I need more explanation from you.
