Amplitude in their livestream last night, gave us Zeds backstory video, however one thing that I noticed more so was that early in the video, there was a Drakken in the band that Zed was listening to (not hard to see, the drakkens face is on the far right of concerts screens). For those who have played Endless Legends and know the lore, this is a huge discovery as it means that the Drakken did in fact survive Auriga, it might even imply that the Drakken we know from E.L, and their 7 heroes escaped Auriga and have now spread across the stars.

Could this mean that the Drakken can Appear as a major faction in ES2 or more likely ES3, and have say Heroes like Researcher Namkang team up with other well-known heroes Like Senya Snowridge?

However, there is a problem timeline wise with this, Endless Dungeon is said to take place around the same time as Dungeon of the Endless, this brings up an Issue as the Drakken are native to Auriga. With Auriga's orbital defense platform still online at the time, the Drakken should effectively all be trapped on Auriga at this time, meaning that unless the Drakken are not native to Auriga (which in itself would retcon the Lore of the Drakken), this would effectively retcon a big part of the lore, something that could easily be avoided if the devs have the game take place closer to or alongside ES2, something I think would also benefit the characters in the game as well and more so fits more in line with the timeline.
