I have a couple of the games required to get a badge on my Steam account. The system has not unlocked the badges for owning those games. My idea is, there should be an option to refresh your Steam connection and check for games.

The OUT OF VISION status is given by the dev team to ideas that are not compatible with their vision of the game or technically not feasible.
