We are already given a spot to follow our ideas when clicking 'browse my ideas' in the regarding board. But it will only show ideas from that section not all sections. But there is so much going on on this site it's best to keep the places to check down as much as possible.

...is how it looks currently, it only shows my G2G ideas, not my ES2 ideas.
Also I find this design...
... looks a lot nicer.
So maybe have a centralized idea location where individual ideas are displayed like...
...this. Then you can use the different color codes and icons to display all ideas in one spot, with all information available immediately.
