Attaching links to other Ideas

Hi!

I think it will be helpful if we could position links to other specific idea submissions on the right side (above Similar Ideas) whenever we create or modify an idea submission. 

For example, I want to propose an idea that the favourite dish of the Cravers is pizza. Meanwhile, another guy suggests introducing planetary size ovens to ES2 and I find a synergy in our ideas. So, I locate a link ho his idea so that it could attract more readers.
